Summer Coffee Drinks

Most summer drinks call for ice cubes. Consider making your ice cubes using brewed coffee. That way your drinks will have added flavor and won’t get watered down.

Iced Instant Coffee

Ingredients:

1. 2 tbs instant coffee
2. ¾ cup cold water
3. 2 tbs granulated sugar
4. Ice cubes

Method: Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

Iced Instant Cappuccino

Ingredients:

1. 1 tsp instant coffee
2. ¾ cup cold water
3. 1 tsp vanilla
4. 2 tsp granulated sugar
5. 4 tbs heavy cream
6. Ice cubes

Method: Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Iced Mocha Mint Latte

Ingredients:

1. Espresso (1 shot)
2. Cold white milk
3. 1 oz crème de cacao syrup
4. 1 oz crème de menthe syrup
5. 1 oz chocolate syrup
6. Ice cubes

Method: Fill large mug or glass with ice cubes. Add rest of ingredients, top off with cold milk.

Iced Melba Latte

Ingredients:

1. Espresso (1 shot)
2. Cold white milk
3. 1 oz raspberry syrup
4. 2 oz peach syrup
5. Ice cubes

Method: Fill large mug or glass with ice cubes. Add rest of ingredients, top off with cold milk.
